After the sudden, unexpected death of her husband on January 31, 2009, Teresa was challenged with how to move forward with purpose.
A decision to return to her art and design roots, led to her opening Post 31 Interiors, a nod to a new, hopeful future following the 31. While completing many Interior Design projects in Tennessee, from complete renovations to new construction, her firm travels to design spaces wherever her clients' call home.
Recently, Teresa has resurrected a 35 year old passion in creating charcoal and watercolor studies of the figure in motion. Travels to legendary art studios in Paris, and classes from inspiration teachers both in Paris and New York, have inspired a new series of original, one of a kind works now available on the website. It is Teresa’s personal and business mantra #thebestfortherest to strive daily to live her best life through courage, seeking inspiration, and understanding there is purpose in every day.
